Recently, we carried out a scheduled inspection of one of our high-performance ID fans for a customer who operates several incineration lines. These fans are essential for efficiently removing flue gases from the incinerators.
During the inspection, the bearings had to be replaced. To do this, the impeller had to be removed from the shaft, the bearings replaced, and the impeller then reattached to the shaft with precision. With a team of four, we were able to successfully complete the entire inspection in just one week.
